I did book on purpose one day more in advance, so when i arrive early at 8am to be able to check in. Instead, they cancelled my reservation for no show, without letting me know, without refund, within less than 24h of the allowed check in. This is not acceptable, nowhere it is announced what is considered as no show, but if this is within my 1st night check out time i must be able to use what i paid for. They are rude, the worse worse hotel ever and i will make sure i complain to all possible manners to prevent anyone else to suffer from this hotel!!

My son and I enjoyed our recent stay at this hotel. The location was very good for travel links to visit other parts of the city. Our room was very comfortable. I liked that there was no extra charge for the room safe. There was plenty of hot water and the bathrooms were spacious and well equipped. I say bathrooms because our room had both a standard bathroom and a proper wet room for disabled guests. It was perfect for my autistic son and made his stay even better for him. The room attendant was very cheerful and friendly. The hotel was immaculately clean throughout. The views from the breakfast room were great. There was plenty of choice available for breakfast but son and I aren't huge breakfast fans so we only went once during our stay. The gentleman on reception was very helpful when my mobile phone was stolen on the bus and I am grateful to him. All the reception team members were very pleasant. Come Inn is great for a central place to stay when visiting Berlin.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my 18 year old son. We were allocated room 404 which overlooked the main street. Room was basic but clean and comfortable which was great. Plenty of places to eat in the immediate vicinity and great access to public transport options. Great location to explore all that Berlin has to offer. The only slight negative is because of our room location, the hotel is situated at a busy junction and traffic noise can be heard throughout the night (even with the window closed) if I was to return I’d either ask for a quieter location or take ear plugs :) Thank you for a comfortable stay

Booked as a city break through east jet and wasn’t disappointed. Great location for sightseeing and shopping. Friendly staff. While the room is basic it has everything you need and we had a great view. Personally I have to highly recommend purely for the amazing shower and the HUGE bath both perfect for relaxing after a long day sightseeing. My husband and I both agree we would stay again.

This hotel might not look much from the front but the rooms are very comfortable and the facilities are excellent. Breakfast is served in the rooftop breakfast room which has a great view. The choice is typical European breakfast food and there is always plenty of it. This was our second stay here and both times have been excellent. The front desk staff are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. In all a great hotel in the middle of the city.
